The daily rates are based on per room, per night occupancy, including our sumptuous buffet breakfast, full use of our spa and complimentary parking (one vehicle per room).
A Euro 5.00 visitor’s tax (1st December 2023) is applicable to all daily rates per person and night.
Child Policy
- Children 3 and under stay free with adults when using existing bedding
- Ages 4 to 10: 50% off in the same room with their parents (rollaway bed)
- Ages 10 to 14: 30% off in the same room with their parents (rollaway bed)
Short Stays
There will be Euro 30.00 applied to the nightly rate per room for stays of 4 or less nights, as a short break supplement

Hotel Kristall is a non-smoking property, meaning smoking is not allowed inside the Hotel. Guests may smoke on their private balconies or outside the Hotel however.

Our cancellation policy:
The cancellation of the stay is free up to 43 days before departure.
For a cancellation of 42 to 14 days before departure, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival we will charge 100% of the stay.
For no-shows, late arrivals or early departures, the entire stay will be charged.
