The daily rates are based on per room, per night occupancy, including our sumptuous buffet breakfast, full use of our spa and complimentary parking (one vehicle per room).
A Euro 5.00 visitor’s tax is applicable to all daily rates per person and night.
Child Policy
- Children 3 and under stay free with adults when using existing bedding
- Ages 4 to 10: 50% off in the same room with their parents (rollaway bed)
- Ages 10 to 14: 30% off in the same room with their parents (rollaway bed)
Short Stays
There will be Euro 30.00 applied to the nightly rate per room for stays of 4 or less nights, as a short break supplement

Non-Smoking
Hotel Kristall is a non-smoking property, meaning smoking is not allowed inside the Hotel. Guests may smoke on their private balconies or outside the Hotel however.

Cancellation Fees
- From booking up to 61 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Within 30 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Please note that we are entitled to debit the cancellation fee from your credit card from 60 days before arrival.
Deposit & Payment
- Deposit: For a binding reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required on the day of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Remaining Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered final once it has been confirmed in writing by both parties (e.g., via email or letter).
Recommendation
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to minimize potential financial risks.
